The Wojcikami Family

This family session was definitely a bit out of my comfort zone but I had so much fun and the results are better than I could have ever imaged!

My husband and I recently moved to Saratoga Springs, New York for his job so I asked one of his colleagues if she would be interested in doing a family photoshoot with me.

She said yes but….. they didn’t want the typical “fall foliage” photoshoot. They wanted something fun and different, and suggested we go to one of their favorite museums, Art Omi.

Art Omi has this beautiful Sculpture and Architecture Park that weaves throughout the forest. It was one of the coolest experiences ever. It’s basically a free, outdoor museum and dogs are allowed! THANK YOU!

Many of the sculptures are interactive, meaning that the kids could climb all over them, which is perfect for photographing two young boys. It was like having an aesthetically pleasing playground to keep the kids entertained while I took pictures. And if you have ever taken photos with kids, then you know how difficult it is to keep them happy while also telling them to stand still and smile. This was the PERFECT family photoshoot location in Upstate New York for young children. SO FUN!
